Additionally, trying to contact customer support has been an ordeal. The process to register a complaint is unnecessarily complicated, with the app frequently showing errors like "mandatory field missing" even after filling in all the required information.
Moreover, there seems to be no straightforward way to reach customer care for assistance. This lack of proper support is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.
I urge you to address these issues immediately and improve the overall functionality and user experience of your application and customer support services.

I am using this app for the first time after opening a savings account. In terms of performance, I have no concerns.
However, I have a few suggestions regarding the interface of the application. Until the login page, I felt that I was looking good and impressive. After logging in, I felt congested with the arrangements. It may be that the font looks bold or that the icons are a little larger.
Normal icon and font with a better alignment and adequate space will be more impressive and easier to use. Instead of aligning more icons on one page, separate pages will be more useful for separating icons by category. When you click on the others tab, a wide variety of options are presented, which is very confusing.
